Celebrity news reported that Roselyn Sanchez and fellow actor Eric Winter got engaged during a holiday vacation on the island of Vieques, just east of mainland Puerto Rico, according to a statement released Tuesday.

Sánchez was married to actor Gary Stretch from 1999 to 2001. After her divorce, she started a relationship with Puerto Rican salsa singer, Víctor Manuelle. However, in December 2005, she announced that she had ended their relationship. The separation was amicable.

Celebrity news reported, Roselyn is a supporter of animal rights and active member of PETA. She recently appeared nude in a PETA ad in support of anti-fur campaign efforts.

This celebrity gossip couple, who have been dating for two years, will talk about a date and location for their nuptials once they return to Los Angeles, according to Brenda Rodriguez, Sanchez's publicist in Puerto Rico.

Roselyn Sanchez appears in the CBS series "Without a Trace" and produced the 2007 movie "Yellow." Winter has appeared in a variety of TV shows, including "Days of Our Lives."
