Will Britney Spears forever be under the custodianship of her father Jamie? There is a possibility. When they met in court on January 31 Britney was not allowed to speak in private with the judge, as she desired. The judge attributes the positive change in Britney Spears' life to her father's management and control and isn't going to cange that in the near future.

Britney was supposedly not very happy over the situation after she got home and  "tore into him (Jamie) like a mad woman," divulged a source. "Her bodyguards had to physically restrain her from hitting Jamie. It was a terrible scene. Britney was totally out of control."

"Her family is very worried because Britney hasn't acted out like this in a long time," added the source. "They fear she will do something desperate."

It is also said that she called Kevin Federline and told him she wanted to leave the country with her two boys. Extra guards are now protecting Britney Spears from doing anything rash.
