Lindsay Lohan's 2010 hassle-free year is not off to a good start. Lindsay Lohan is being accused of copying the designs of two separate designers. James Lillis, designer of Black Milk Clothing is pointing out the similarities between Lindsay’s “Diamond” leggings and his own “Sheer Spartan” leggings, both have a signature triangle cutout at mid-thigh. Her geometric dress, which she wore last month is also being looked as as an identical design of a Jen Kao dress.

Lindsay Lohan hasn't yet responded to the accusations against her, but Kristi Kaylor, president of 6126, defended Lindsay and the integrity of her designs saying, “The alleged ‘copying’ claims made by these companies are false and have absolutely no merit or validity whatsoever. Any alleged similarities are purely coincidental. The 6126 illustrations for the upcoming fall 2010 collections do not even describe the fabric content, fit or actual construction details of the garments. This is merely an accusation based upon a pencil sketch with no concrete viable evidence to back up the allegations.”

It remains to be seen what the outcome of this will be but many fans think Lindsay Lohan is a very talented actress who is a lost girl squandering her life and not appreciating the acting talent she has. She is seen as a people user and an addict.

Will she ever find herself?
