The Story Behind Tiger Woods' Crash |

Is this what really happened the night of Tiger Woods' Thanksgiving crash? You tell me what you think.
Supposedly, all of this according to anonymous sources, Tiger Woods told Elin several days before all the s**t hit the fan that the National Enquirer was going to come out with information that he was having a affair with Rachel Uchitel. Tiger told Elin it was all platonic.
Being a smart woman, Elin Nordegren was still suspicious, so not-so-smart Tiger got Rachel on the phone for a 30 minute chat. Everything seemed OK, until Elin got wind of more details of the Enquirer story and confronted poor hubby. Because of all the arguing a tension Tiger decided to take an Ambien to get some sleep.
Meanwhile Elin decided to look at Tiger's cell phone and came across Rachel Uchitel's cell number. She found a text message that made her more furious: " You are the only one I've loved."
Elin did what any good self respecting wife would do and pretended she was Tiger, texting the following messages to Rachel, "I miss you, when are we seeing each other again?"
Uchitel texted back and then Elin called her. Uchitel thought it was Tiger and answered the phone. Elin speaks, "I knew it was you!" Supposedly Rachel said "Oh f**k" and hung up the phone.
Tiger didn't get any more sleep because Elin began hitting him on the chest and arms and chasing him with the now infamous golf club. A shoeless, half-asleep Tiger Woods tried to escape in his car and careened into the fire hydrant.
The rest is golf history. It sure sounds plausible to me. |
